Phasmophobia Update 1.000.023 Patch Notes (v0.14.1) – Sept. 15, 2025

Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.023 on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 0.14.1 patch notes, Phasmophobia’s 5th Anniversary update introduces lobby decorations, a limited-time double XP and money event, and an exclusive login reward. Apart from this, Phasmophobia patch 1.000.023 also includes various tweaks and changes.

Phasmophobia Patch Notes – 5th Anniversary Update

New Content

  • 5th Anniversary Celebration: Main lobby updated with birthday-themed decorations.
  • Anniversary Bonus: Earn 2x XP and money on all activities from September 15–21. Modifier shown as “5th Anniversary – x2” in Debriefing screen.
  • Anniversary Login Reward: Exclusive anniversary badge awarded to all players who log in during the celebration week.

Changes

  • Twitch Drops Pop-up: Now displays the username of the connected Twitch account for easier verification.
  • Disconnect Button: Added to the Twitch Drops pop-up, allowing players to unlink accounts directly.

Previously, a major update 1.000.021 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.023 will fix a few of these issues.
