Phasmophobia Update 1.000.022 Patch Notes (v0.14.0.1)

Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.022 on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 0.14.0.1 patch notes, the latest update resolves multiple bugs in Grafton Farmhouse, including mannequin clipping, stuck players, and visual glitches. Apart from this, Phasmophobia patch 1.000.022 also fixes Xbox camera crashes, Twitch Drop delays, misclassified ghost media, hiding spot visuals, item loss from upstairs throws, and custom difficulty text issues.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused Twitch Drop rewards to only appear in-game after restarting and launching a lobby.
• Fixed an issue on Xbox Series X/S that would cause the CCTV unit screen to go dark after placing multiple cameras in Grafton Farmhouse. This would then cause the player that placed these to disconnect.
• Fixed an issue that caused mannequins to hover and clip through the environment after moving.
• Fixed an issue that caused the player to become stuck in the downstairs bathroom in Grafton Farmhouse.
• Fixed an issue that caused missing text when saving custom difficulties.
• Fixed an issue that caused line-of-sight issues above the dining room table in Grafton Farmhouse.
• Fixed several visual issues when a player was using hiding spots in Grafton Farmhouse.
• Fixed an issue that would cause thrown items to become lost if thrown from the upstairs table in Grafton Farmhouse.
• Fixed an issue that incorrectly classed distorted music Media as a Ghost Video.

• Grafton Farmhouse Overhaul

  • Complete visual update with new assets and improved design.

  • Layout adjustments and re-themed, resized rooms.

  • New attic floor added.

  • Weather now visible indoors through open walls and roofs.

  • New interactive elements across the map.

• Mannequin Interactions

  • Grafton Farmhouse mannequins are now ghost-interactable.

  • Bleasdale Farmhouse mannequin is now also interactable.

• Unique Key Models

  • Both Grafton and Bleasdale Farmhouse have distinct key designs in the truck.

• New Challenge: Farmhouse Fieldwork

  • Players must identify ghosts in both Grafton and Bleasdale Farmhouse.

Changes

• Weekly Challenge Mode (Starting 11th August)

  • “Do As I Command” challenge now set in Grafton Farmhouse instead of Sunny Meadows.

• Camping Stove Interaction

  • Stoves now toggled via the front switch instead of the stove body.

Fixes

• Improved recording accuracy for Obake shapeshifting.
• Ghosts can now interact with hanging light bulbs in Farmhouse maps.
• Minor performance boost for Bleasdale Farmhouse.

Previously, a major update 1.000.007 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.022 will fix a few of these issues.
