Phasmophobia Update 1.000.018 Patch Notes (v0.13.0.1)

Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.018 (0.13.0.1) on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 0.13.0.1 patch notes, the latest update resolves key issues affecting multiplayer access, ghost evidence accuracy, trophy visibility, and UI navigation. PlayStation players can now select Asia servers, and D.O.T.S evidence inconsistencies with Mimic and Goryo have been corrected. The Cursed Hollow trophy now displays only for eligible players. Apart from this, Phasmophobia patch 1.000.018 also fixes stat screen navigation bugs.

Multiplayer Server Selection

  • Fixed: PlayStation users can now properly select Asia servers for multiplayer matchmaking.

Ghost Evidence Logic

  • Fixed: Mimic no longer gives D.O.T.S evidence while mimicking a Goryo.

  • Fixed: Goryo will no longer provide D.O.T.S evidence when players are in 0 evidence mode.

Trophy Display

  • Fixed: Final stage Cursed Hollow trophy now only appears in a player’s cabinet if it was earned during the event.

Debriefing Screen

  • Fixed: Players now can select ‘Skip’ or ‘Next’ on the debriefing stat screen after completing an investigation.

Previously, a major update 1.000.007 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.018 will fix a few of these issues.
