Phasmophobia Update 1.000.015 Patch Notes on May 9, 2025

Kinetic Games has released a new Phasmophobia update 1.000.015 (0.12.1.2) on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 1.000.015 patch notes, the latest update  improves Trophy visuals and environmental fidelity across multiple maps. Apart from this, Phasmophobia patch 1.000.015 also includes fixes for Cursed Hollow, Camp Woodwind, and reflection rendering in various areas.

Patch Highlights

  • Cursed Hollow trophy now displays correctly in cabinets after the event.
  • Tier 3 Cursed Hollow trophy animation bug resolved.
  • Cursed Hollow decorations no longer appear in Camp Woodwind.
  • Tree rendering issues fixed in Camp Woodwind.
  • Reflection bugs addressed in Tanglewood, Point Hope, and trophy cabinets.

Fixes and Improvements

Trophy Display and Animations

  • Cursed Hollow Trophy now displays properly in player cabinets after the event.

  • Tier 3 Cursed Hollow Trophy animation now plays as intended.

Environmental Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Cursed Hollow decorations were mistakenly appearing in Camp Woodwind.

  • Fixed a tree rendering bug in Camp Woodwind, ensuring proper environmental visuals.

Reflection Issues

  • Corrected incorrect reflections in Tanglewood and Point Hope.

  • Fixed a bug where the Menu was reflected in the trophy cabinets.

Previously, a major update 1.000.007 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.015 will fix a few of these issues.
