Phasmophobia update 1.000.009 (0.12.0.1) is available to download on PS5, Xbox, and PC(Steam). According to the official Phasmophobia 1.000.009 patch notes, Bleasdale Farmhouse gets a full overhaul with new visuals, interactions, and ghost behaviors. Ghosts can now light fire sources, and some lights have multiple switches. Apart from this, Phasmophobia patch 1.000.009 also updates Map classifications, adds new piano sounds, and several bug fixes.

New Features
Bleasdale Farmhouse Overhaul
- Fully redesigned layout with new assets and environmental features.
- New Interactables:
- Motion Sensing Exterior Lights – Triggered by players and ghosts.
- Bead String Door – Moves when walked through.
- Mysterious Small Creature – Something scuttles in the house…
- New Ghost Interactions – More objects can be affected by ghosts.
Ghost and Environmental Changes
- Ghosts can now light non-equipment fire sources (fireplaces, campfires, candles).
- Improved Light Switch Functionality – Some lights can now be toggled from multiple switches (Bleasdale only for now, expanding to other maps soon).
Changes
- Bleasdale Farmhouse reclassified as a medium map due to its rework.
- Point Hope is now also a medium map.
- Piano Interaction Sounds – New sounds for both player and ghost interactions.
- Firelight Objective Adjustment – Now only counts for player equipment (Firelight T1, T2, T3).
- Realistic Falling Paintings – Paintings now fall more naturally.
- Performance Optimizations across all maps.

- Fixed white block artifacts appearing when loading into multiplayer.
- Fixed incorrect Spanish Ouija Board responses in voice recognition.

Xbox/PlayStation
- Fixed issue causing Xbox players to get stuck on the initialization screen if no profile picture was set.
Previously, a major update 1.000.007 added Voice Recognition on consoles, allowing players to interact with ghosts using their voice. Unfortunately, players still facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Phasmophobia version 1.000.009 will fix a few of these issues.
