Pharaoh Dynasties update 2.0.1 is now available to download. According to the official Pharaoh Dynasties patch notes, the latest update fixes crashes related to editing law texts and ruler epithets, improves game performance, resolves UI bugs, and corrects faction leadership and achievement issues.
Previously, a update added various quality of life changes and gameplay improvements. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the last Patch note. Today’s Pharaoh Dynasties patch 2.0.1 will address a major changes.
Pharaoh Dynasties Patch Notes – August 7, 2024
Bug Fixes
Crashes
- Fixed a crash when adding an apostrophe while editing a law text field.
- Fixed a crash when changing the ruler’s epithet.
Factions and Commands
- Fixed issues with the Shuffle Commands option for minor factions.
- Fixed an issue where new faction leaders for horde factions would not spawn on the map after the old leader’s death.
Gameplay and Progression
- Turns per Year and Seasonal Effects are now correctly preserved when loading a game. Some issues in existing saves may persist.
- Adjustments made to end-turn sequence performance to avoid extreme frame-rate drops.
UI and Accessibility
- Fixed a UI bug causing ‘The Dynasty Tree’ and ‘Dynasties’ tabs to disappear. This fix applies to new campaigns or reloading a save from before the issue.
- Added the missing logo to Photo Mode.
Achievements and Deeds
- Fixed the ‘Plans Within Plans – Playing as Bay, complete 10 Intrigues in the Hittite Court’ achievement.
- Fixed the ‘Counter Plots’ deed.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where the passive command of Iolaos providing a War Spoils rank buff was not working.
- Aegean and Mesopotamian factions can now trade battle legitimacy.
