[Path of Exile] POE update 2.30 (3.19.1d) is available to download on PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official POE console patch notes, the latest hotfix contains description updates to certain achievements/trophies in the PlayStation version of the game. Apart from this, Path of Exile patch 2.30 also includes stability fixes.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Path of Exile version 2.30 will fix a few of these issues.

Apprentice Cartographer, Journeyman Cartographer and Master Cartographer
Old Descriptions:
- Complete all of the white maps on the Atlas.
- Complete all of the yellow maps on the Atlas.
- Complete all of the red maps on the Atlas.
New Descriptions:
- Have a Voidstone socketed in your Atlas.
- Have two Voidstones socketed in your Atlas.
- Have three Voidstones socketed in your Atlas.
Unforgettable
Old Description:
- Find all of the Shaper’s Memory Fragments.
New Descritpion:
- Defeat The Elder.
Beyond Death
Old Description:
- Kill Abaxoth, The End of All That Is.
New Descritpion:
- Kill Beidat, Archangel of Death.
