Path of Exile 2 update 1.111 is available to download on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official POE2 update 1.111 patch notes, the latest update 0.5.4 hotfix 4 fixes a bug where the quest Mirror of Delirium would fail to place the initial Delirium Fogbank if you had previously completed a Simulacrum in party play. Today’s Path of Exile 2 version 1.111.000 also resolves stability issues.

Recently, a major POE2 update 1.068 released with improvement for the Fate of the Vaal League with stronger Vaal Unique modifiers, added quality-of-life options in Vaal content, balance adjustments, and a large number of bug fixes across skills, encounters, controllers, and stability.
