Path of Exile 2 patch 1.019 is available to download on PS5, PC and Xbox players. According to the official POE2 1.019 patch notes, the latest update introduces multiple respawn improvements, minimap updates, and controller enhancements. Apart from this, Path of Exile 2 update 1.019 also includes bug fixes for gameplay, boss fights, and UI elements.
Unfortunately, since the last POE 2 update 1.006, players have been experiencing several POE2 server and login issues. Today’s Path of Exile 2 version 1.019.000 will fix a few of these issues. Check out more details below.
POE2 Update 1.019 Patch Notes

- Added another checkpoint to the Ogham Farmlands.
- Fixed the Defiance Banner Skill granting the incorrect quality. It now grants more Aura effect per Valour, matching other Banner skill qualities.
- Fixed a bug where the DPS values in the Skills Panel were sometimes not updating correctly.
- Fixed a bug where clicking on the Corruption Altar in Jiquani’s Sanctum with an item on your cursor would result in the item on your cursor becoming invisible.
- Fixed the quality stat on the Dark Effigy Skill not functioning and applying Wither.
- Fixed a bug where the chance to not consume a Cooldown from the Now and Again Chronomancer Ascendancy Passive Skill was not applying to Shield Charge.
- Fixed a bug where the Increased Experience Modifier on Untainted Paradise was displaying double the correct value on the Atlas UI.
- Fixed a bug where the Divergence and Heritage hideout decoration microtransactions could not be placed in hideouts.
- Updated Ember Fusillade’s Skill description to clarify that additional projectiles affect the number of Embers accumulated.
- Updated the description on The Three Dragons Unique to clarify that Cold Damage from Hits does not contribute to Freeze Buildup.
- Improved the performance of the Atlas Map.

Respawn Adjustments
- Added up to five respawn attempts for:
- Twisted Domain (respawn point depends on progress).
- Olroth, Origin of the Fall boss fight.
- Crux of Nothingness (revives inside boss arena if not completed).
- Respawns are triggered by the player who started the instance, and all party members revive together.
Minimap and UI Enhancements
- Added minimap icons for Strongboxes.
- League mechanic icons now remain visible regardless of distance.
- Unused stats are no longer displayed in the skill and character menu.
- Stun Threshold tooltip now provides more details.
Gameplay Adjustments
- Hitting inanimate objects no longer generates energy for trigger skills.
- Vine Arrow plants no longer take damage from hits or trigger on-hit effects.
- Minions can now squeeze through small gaps if stuck.
- Channelled skills now explicitly describe scaling with attack/cast speed modifiers.
Controller Support Improvements
- Added customizable targeting settings.
- Added Charms to the HUD.
- Introduced a setting for displaying advanced item information.
- Added dedicated keybinds for interface confirmations (e.g., opening Maps, starting Trials).
- Increased font size in multiple locations.
- Improved item navigation and targeting behavior for ranged attacks and Offering skills.
- Reduced aggressive targeting of Tempest Bell.
General Updates

chat command to reset bricked Atlas states. - Reverted a change from patch 0.1.1 that allowed item pickups and object interactions during actions.

Couch Co-op Fixes
- Fixed multiple issues where Player 2 could open Player 1’s UI elements.

- Fixed a bug causing Persistent Buffs to disappear when reaching maximum overflowed Life with Couture of Crimson.
