According to the official POE2 update 1.100 patch notes, the latest update 0.5.0b hotfix 12 caps Flicker Strike charge retention at 75%, upgrades Starlit Ore forging rewards to item level 84 Uniques, and fixes major issues in The Bodach and Mothersoul encounters, Today’s Path of Exile 2 version 1.100.000 resolves a Runeseeker quest progression blocker, prevents incorrect Temporal Bubble effects on players and addresses three instance crashes.

Balance Changes
- The chance for Flicker Strike to not consume Charges on use now has a maximum cap of 75%.
- Starlit Ores now create item level 84 Unique Items when forged at the Verisium Anvil.
Boss Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Mothersoul’s gravity slam damage could still trigger after the boss was defeated.
- Fixed a bug where shapeshifting during The Bodach encounter could break the phase transition sequence.
- Fixed a bug where dying during The Bodach fight could cause incorrect arena behavior in later attempts.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug causing items to disappear when using Ctrl+Click to remove them from a Guild Stash.
- Fixed an issue where constantly applied flask or charm effects could stop working after reviving until the items were re-equipped.
- Fixed a bug where Quest Logbooks sometimes failed to reveal their boss arenas.
- Fixed an issue where increased Mana Cost Efficiency of Command Skills was incorrectly applied only to commanded skills.
- Fixed a bug where Primal Bounty buffs were not removed after unallocating the Primal Bounty node.
- Fixed an issue where unintended maps could be selected when traveling to a random map.
Stability
- Fixed two instance crashes.
Recently, a major POE2 update 1.068 released with improvement for the Fate of the Vaal League with stronger Vaal Unique modifiers, added quality-of-life options in Vaal content, balance adjustments, and a large number of bug fixes across skills, encounters, controllers, and stability.
