According to the official POE2 update 1.099 patch notes, the latest update 0.5.0b hotfix 11 caps Ritual reroll cost reductions, fixes Expedition boss spawning, and restores Pinnacle Boss loot drops. Today’s Path of Exile 2 version 1.099.000 resolves a Runeseeker quest progression blocker, prevents incorrect Temporal Bubble effects on players, and addresses three instance crashes.

Gameplay Changes
- Ritual Reward reroll costs can no longer be lowered beyond 90%.
- Azmeri Spirits can no longer possess Rogue Exiles that are already possessed by the same Spirit type.
Quest Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Atlas Expedition quest could fail to spawn a boss for players who had already completed all revealed Ocean maps.
- Fixed an issue in Mystic Refuge (Act 3) where the Runic Knowledge object could become untargetable after summoning Farrow without speaking to him, blocking progress on The Runeseeker quest.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug that caused the stolen Temporal Bubble modifier to affect players.
- Fixed an issue where Pinnacle Bosses could occasionally fail to drop any items.
Stability
- Fixed three instance crash issues.
Recently, a major POE2 update 1.068 released with improvement for the Fate of the Vaal League with stronger Vaal Unique modifiers, added quality-of-life options in Vaal content, balance adjustments, and a large number of bug fixes across skills, encounters, controllers, and stability.
