Diminishing Returns Added: Modifier values from rooms now have diminishing returns starting at four rooms of the same type.

Destabilisation Reduction: Number of rooms destabilised when closing the Temple reduced by 30%, supporting stable sizes around 60 rooms and enabling more frequent Architect and Atziri encounters.
