Palworld update 1.000.021 (4.15) is available to download on PS5, PC and Xbox. According to the official Palworld 1.000.021 patch notes, the latest update introduces major bug fixes, including a workaround for map data resets and crash fixes on Xbox and SteamDeck. Random Pal Mode has been reworked to offer better progression. Elemental chest rewards are now more rewarding, multiplayer lag has been reduced, and save data has been optimized. Furthermore, the Palworld version 1.000.021 also resolves various gameplay bugs.

Major Bug Fixes
- Implemented a workaround to prevent map data from resetting.
- Fixed multiple crash issues on Xbox and SteamDeck.
Mechanics Rework
- Random Pal Mode Overhaul
- Wild Pals’ levels are now fixed per region.
- Enemy strength gradually increases as players progress.
- Only the Pals that appear remain randomized.
Balance Adjustments

- Now always drop Dog Coins.
- Have a low chance of dropping work suitability books.
Network
- Introduced fixes to reduce rubberbanding issues in multiplayer.
Optimization
- Reduced save data file sizes for better performance.

- Fixed Pals getting stuck on each other at bases in dedicated servers.
- Restored missing naturally occurring objects (e.g., mushrooms) after destruction.
- Neutral NPCs in random events now become criminal when attacked.
- Fixed issue where Pals wouldn’t work if summoned too close to trees.
- Resolved NPC shaking when firing guns.
- Fixed texture-related bugs.
- Anti-aircraft missile launchers now respawn properly.
- Corrected building alignment issues.

Previously, a major Palworld update 1.000.012 added new changes and fixes. Unfortunetly, players still having several glitches, including a black screen, sprint bug, high temperature, and audio issues. Today’s Palworld patch 1.000.021 (patch 4.15) aims to fix some of these problems.
