Palia update 0.178 is now available on PC(Steam). According to the official Palia game patch notes, the latest update introduce the Temple of the Roots, a new area filled with puzzles and secrets, along with additions like flower and tree systems, controller support improvements, and new furniture sets.
Since the last patch, players have been experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Palia patch 0.178 will fix a few of these issues.

New Features & Updates
- Introduction of the Temple of the Roots, a new area with puzzles and secrets.
- Addition of a new vault with special rewards.
- Completion of the Emberborn Furniture set.
- Inclusion of Flower and Tree systems for gardening.
- Introduction of new flower seeds and tree types.
- Launch of the Spring Fever furniture set.
Adjustments
- Improvements made to climbing mechanics.

Premium Store Updates
- Addition of new outfit bundles, including bridal and groomed sets.

Bug Fixes
Major Fixes:
- Cross-region travel is now fully functional, allowing players to join friends worldwide.
- “Silver-Winging It” quest bugs have been resolved, ensuring the final gust of wind activates as intended.
- Villagers no longer linger on housing plots without interaction.
- Muujin creatures have returned, while Bahari Green Cylinders, or “Cyl-Chan,” have vanished.
Gameplay:
- Fixed Guild Store icons not appearing for villagers with stores.
- Addressed crashes caused by Tamala’s house.
Quests:
- Players can now sell the reward for the “Fishing for Answers” quest.
Social:
- Players can now unblock other players.
- Fixed chat formatting issues for Spanish and Korean languages.
Housing:
- Adjusted camera zoom in the housing menu.
- Resolved issue with saving Housing Plot name changes.
Cosmetics:
- Players can now see their own character when trying on cosmetics in the Premium Store.
- Fixed visual bug with the Home Chef outfit thumbnail.
Visual, Audio, and Menus:
- Fixed sink audio bug where running water sound played when the sink was off, and no audio when it was on.
