Palia update 0.166.1 is now available on PC(Steam). According to the official Palia game patch notes, the latest update includes improved lighting to reduce eyestrain, work-in-progress controller support, restored unopened oysters, fixed glitches like flickering floorboard, corrected key binding issue, addressed crashes, updated UI, and resolved pet ownership exploit.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Palia patch 0.166.1 will fix a few of these issues.

- Adjustments to overall game lighting to improve experience of eyestrain.
- Re-introduction of unofficial work-in-progress controller support.
- The return of unopened oysters.
- Fixed a flickering floorboard in the Medium Room add-on.
- Fixed Y binding to open inventory instead of most recently opened P menu.
- Included fixes for two crash incidents.
- Updated menu UI to fix typos.
- Some players were able to equip a pet without owning it.
