Palia is currently experiencing widespread server outages. Palia servers are down across all platforms. Developers Singularity Six have not provided an ETA for when servers will be back online.
Players attempting to connect to Palia are being met with error messages stating the servers are unavailable. No characters can be accessed and all online services are inaccessible due to the outage.

September 7, 2023 – Palians servers will be undergoing maintenance at 8:30AM PT with a projected 2-hour downtime.
August 18, 2023 – Palia’s servers will be undergoing maintenance shortly.
Start Time: 10:30 PM Approx.
End Time: 12:30 AM *This time is local to you!
This hotfix will include:
- Adjustments to overall game lighting.
- Re-introduction of unofficial work-in-progress controller support.
- The return of unopened oysters.
- Pets fixes and other various QoL improvements.
