Overwatch 2 (OW2) Update 3.76 Patch Notes

Blizzard has released a new Overwatch 2 update 3.76 on PS4, PS5(1.000.040), PC, and Xbox One. According to the official OW2 3.76 patch notes, the latest OW2 update bring adjustments to Orisa and Venture. Orisa’s Fortify duration is reduced, while Venture’s SMART Excavator deals less maximum explosion damage. Apart from this, OW2 update 3.76 also addresses various issues, including streamer mode and map lighting.

Previously, a major Overwatch 2 update 3.60 added a new game mode – Hero Mastery as well as various changes to heroes, including damage adjustments, cooldown tweaks, and improvements to abilities. Today’s Overwatch 2 patch 3.76 will fix a few of these issues.

Hero Updates

Tank

Orisa

  • Fortify: Duration reduced to 3.5 seconds. Orisa moves 20% slower while fortified.
  • Javelin Spin: Cooldown increased to 9 seconds.

Damage

Venture

  • SMART Excavator: Maximum explosion damage reduced to 40.
  • Drill Dash: Initial impact damage lowered to 30.
  • Tectonic Shock: Ultimate charge cost increased by 10%.

Bug Fixes

General

  • Streamer Mode no longer reveals names when blocking someone.
  • Players can no longer select the Requeue button if they are not the leader.
  • Fixed lighting issue with oversaturated sprays.

Maps

  • Hanamura: Lighting issue resolved; now available in Assault Arcade and Custom Games.

Heroes

  • D.Va: Fixed bug causing D.Va’s pings to display incorrectly.
  • Venture: Fixed issue with Drill Dash interaction, preventing sudden high-speed movement.
