Out of the Park Baseball 22 update 1.2.2 (November 23, 2021) is now available to download on PC (Steam). According to the official Out of the Park Baseball 22 patch notes, the latest update added a new option and some minor fixes to the game.
Previously, a big update added a new faction, new creatures, new skills, and status effects. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are facing various issues with the game.

Out of the Park Baseball 22 Patch Notes (November 23, 2021)
New feature: optional difficulty modifiers added. You can now toggle on and off a +1 heart bonus for all dungeoneers and a 5x increase to gold caps. Both are in the options area:
Other bugfixes:
- Fixed some ui sizing issues on ultra-wide resolutions
- Fixed issues with using mouse controls when a touch enabled device is detected
- Fixed some issues with dungeoneer equipment layering
- Chinese translation fixes
