According to the official One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 version 1.60 patch notes, the latest update adds Kaido, Onigashima Battle Luffy, and Yamato to the game. Apart from this, the One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 patch 1.60 also includes general gameplay performance improvements.
