[Official] Fortnite 2.60 Patch Notes (Update Version 12.10)

Fortnite 2.60 patch notes (update version 12.10) released on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the Fortnite 2.60 patch notes, the latest update added quality of life improvements. Apart from this, Fortnite version 2.60 also includes stability and performance improvements.

Recently, Fortntie chapter 2 season 2 update 12.00 was released with new features, new changes, Deadpool and more. Apart from this, Fortnite Season 2 also added customizable skins. Players can now add tattoos, makeup, clothing, hairstyle, and more.

Unfortunately, many players are still experiencing several issues while playing the game. Today’s Fortnite version 2.60 is expected to fix a few of these issues. Check out more details below.

General Fixes

Fixed framerate drop issues.

Players’ Flair style of the Y0ND3R Outfit may have been locked upon the launch of v12.00.

Big Haul Glider variant may not unlock when unlocking the Shadow or Ghost variant for Brutus.

Battle Royale Fixes

Hit / Damage Indicators will sometimes appear to be coming from the wrong direction than the source of the damage

The option to help squadmates with their Missions via Party Assist is temporarily disabled while improvements are made.

XP gained from some XP Coins may not appear on the Season Level XP bar, despite appearing as collected.

Fixed and issue where players may be unable to place a trap if the trap icon hasn’t finished loading.

eammate arrows may flicker/temporarily disappear in Team Rumble.

Players on controller may be unable to close the map with the map input if the input is bound to directional pad up.

Creative Mode

The Class Selector Device will only work if the Volume Visible setting is set to “on.” In all other instances, the Class Selector will not change the player’s class.

Save The World

Players may be unable to pick up items with the pickup / interact key on PC / Console. Walk through the object to pick it up rather than using the interact key. Additionally, you may go into BR, go into your settings, and toggle”Hold to Swap Pickup” to off.

Inventory menu may become unresponsive with no way to close it, causing the players to get stuck.

Player’s may be unable to submit Feedback or Report in the player menus due to controller inputs not functioning properly while the menus are open.

Daily Rewards appear delayed by one day. The Daily Reward shown for the day was acquired the day before is now fixed with Fortnite 2.60.

The default Hero for each class will appear in the Lobby instead of your chosen Commander. The correct Hero is chosen when loading into a mission.
