No Mans Sky update 5.56 is available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One players. According to the official No Mans Sky 5.56 patch notes, the latest update addresses game crashing issues on PS5. Apart from this, NMS version 5.56 also fixes key issues in the Titan Expedition, including reward claiming, mission progress, and waterworld detection.
No Mans Sky version 5.56 Patch Notes (NMS 5.56) – February 13, 2025
- Fixed an issue that could caused the Pillar of Titan reward to appear as already claimed after transferring back to the main save after completing the Titan Expedition.
- Fixed an issue that prevented packaged technology from being deployed into the Colossus.
- Fixed an issue in the Titan Expedition where building the floating variant of the Nautilon Chamber would not allow missions to progress.
- Fixed an issue that could cause missions in the Titan Expedition to fail to detect waterworlds correctly.
- Fixed a crash affecting players playing the PlayStation4 version of No Man’s Sky on PlayStation 5.
Previously, a major free No Man’s Sky update 5.20 added a spectral-themed adventure, offering players a unique experience with new challenges and creatures. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues. NMS update 5.56 will fix a few of these issues.
