According to the official No Mans Sky 5.056 patch notes, the latest update fixes key issues in the Titan Expedition, including reward claiming, mission progress, and waterworld detection. Apart from this, No Mans Sky version 5.056 also resolves PlayStation 4-specific crash on PS5.

Titan Expedition Fixes
- Resolved an issue where the Pillar of Titan reward appeared as already claimed after returning to the main save.
- Fixed a bug preventing packaged technology from being deployed into the Colossus.
- Addressed an issue where constructing the floating Nautilon Chamber variant blocked mission progress.
- Fixed a bug causing missions to incorrectly detect waterworlds.
Stability & Platform Fixes
- Fixed a crash affecting PlayStation 4 players running No Man’s Sky on PlayStation 5.
Previously, a major free No Man’s Sky update 5.50 (Worlds Part 2) added new stars, ancient ruins, gas giants, and water worlds with improved lighting and water rendering. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues. NMS update 5.056 will fix a few of these issues.
