A new No Man’s Sky update 4.38 details released for PS4, PS5(Version 4.038.000), PC, and Xbox One players. According to No Mans Sky 4.38 patch notes, the latest update adds minor tweaks and changes. Apart from this, No Man’s Sky version 4.38 also includes performance improvements.
Previously, a major free No Man’s Sky update 4.0 added a relaxed mode, overhauled inventories, revamped UI, and improved missions. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues. NMS patch 4.38 will fix a few of these issues.

- Fixed an issue that could cause markers to flicker.
- Fixed an issue that caused a crash when attempting to load invalid discovery data.
- Fixed an issue that could cause a crash on Xbox One when visiting the final planet of the Singularity expedition.
- Fixed a rare crash related to the projectile system.
- Fixed an issue that could cause a crash when downloading invalid discovery data from other players.
