No Mans Sky update 5.028 is available to download on PS5 and Xbox Series X players. According to the official No Mans Sky 5.028 patch notes, the latest update adds a number of memory optimizations. Apart from this, No Mans Sky version 5.028.000 also includes improvements to cross-save flow on PS5 & Switch.

- Added a number of memory optimisations.
- Fixed an issue that could cause other player’s bases to not appear on PS4 & PS5.
- Fixed an issue that could cause multiplayer connections to fail on PS5.
- Improvements to cross-save flow on PS5 & Switch.
Previously, a major free No Man’s Sky update 4.40 added a relaxed mode, overhauled inventories, revamped UI, and improved missions. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues. NMS update 5.028 will fix a few of these issues.
