No Mans Sky (NMS) 2.07 Patch Notes (PS4 & Xbox One)

No Man’s Sky (NMS) update 2.07 is now rolling out on PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official No Mans Sky 2.07 patch notes, the new hotfix resolve issues related to base ownership, messaging, crashing, and more. Apart from this, No Mans Sky version 2.07 also includes stability and performance improvements.

Recently, a big No Mans Sky Beyond update was released which massively expands the multiplayer experience with fully-fledged Virtual Reality, overhauls base building, NPCs, technology trees, much more. Unfortunately, since the last patch, many players were experiencing a number of issues when trying to play the game. Today’s No Mans Sky 2.07 is expected to fix a few of these issues.   • Reduce texture quality if it is causing an out of memory error.
  • Revert to the non-device-local heap in low memory situations.
  • Removed misleading version number from main menu.
  • Fix to prevent issues with base ownership.
  • Fix for freighter crash related to corrupt ship slot.
  • Fixed a networking issue that could cause bad data to be synced between ambient players.
  • Fix for a matchmaking threading crash.
  • Prevention of players orphaned in a lobby.
  • Dynamically limit base building limits to allow some very large bases to load in more situations.
  • Don’t let the VR player punch in places they aren’t allow to use weapons.
