Nioh 3 update 1.040.020 (v1.04.02) fixes jump cancellation with Footstool Jump and severe damage reduction when activating Arts Proficiency. According to the official Nioh 3 version 1.040.020 patch notes, the latest update also restored proper mid-air Martial Arts activation on Steam when multiple controls were bound to a single key.

Fixed an issue where Martial Arts could not trigger mid-air if Martial Art 1 and Martial Art 2 were assigned to a single key via keyboard/mouse configuration.
Recently, a major Nioh 3 patch 1.040 added free celebration armor, improves multiplayer rewards and high-level gear drops, introduces several system and UI upgrades. Today’s Nioh 3 version 1.040.020 will address a few of these issues. Remaining issues with be addressed in the upcoming Nioh 3 update 1.040.030 for PlayStation 5.
