NBA 2K26 update 1.03 (patch 1.3) is available to download on PS4 and Xbox One. According to the official NBA 2K26 1.03 patch notes, the latest Patch 1.3 fixes Takeover and Badge tracking, and ensures Challenges and MyCAREER quests work properly. Apart from this, today’s NBA 2K26 patch 1.03 (version 1.005.000) also includes fixes for the MyTEAM menus and MyGM offseason tasks.

Improved overall game stability with multiple crash and disconnect fixes.
Fixed disconnects in Pro-Am, Park, Theater, REC, and Proving Grounds games.
Resolved hang when customizing floors in MyCOURT.
Addressed Takeover tracking issues in Lifetime Challenges.
Fixed treadmill workout bug in Gatorade Training Facility that blocked earning 4 stars.
Cap Breakers and Max +1/+2 Badge Perks now properly retained when leaving a Crew; restored to players who previously lost them.
Challenges now correctly track and complete across saves.
Games in Gatorade Training Facility now count towards Daily Challenges.
Removed long camera cuts that blocked gameplay in Pro-Am.
Blocked activation of unqualified Takeover Abilities in online games with Presets.
Eased progression conditions for Up For The Challenge Performance Multiplier.
Fixed erroneous “Event has ended” message when entering The Theater.
Resolved rare hangs when inviting players to MyCOURT or entering the NBA arena.

MyCAREER

GOAT Skills Accolade quests now reward VC as expected.
Fixed quest progression issues requiring visits to MyCOURT.
Corrected issue preventing Rebirth unlock.

MyTEAM

Improved Auction House menu performance.
Fixed coaches being removed from lineups after editing.
Added safeguards to prevent being stuck in Welcome to MyTEAM tutorial.

MyGM

Fixed issues blocking offseason tasks from completing or generating new ones.

Recently, NBA 2K25 update 1.011 (season 6) added uniform adjustments, court additions, gameplay tweaks, and improvements across game modes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players have been facing a number of error codes and connection issues. Today’s 2K26 update 1.03 will fix a few of these issues.
