NBA 2K25 update 1.06 is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. According to NBA 2K25 1.06 patch notes, the latest update fixes MyPLAYER duplication in MyCAREER, Social menu hangs, PC version launch issues, and connection problems in “Starting 5” games in the City. Apart from this, today’s NBA 2K25 patch 1.06 also includes stability and performance improvements.
Recently, the game was released with positive reviews. Unfortunately, since the last patch, players are facing several login and disconnection issues. Today’s NBA 2K25 version 1.06 will fix a few of these issues.

MyCareer
- Fixed: Various user-reported hang/stability issues when playing in MyCareer and the City.
- Fixed: A hang issue when loading into a MyCareer save file.
- Fixed: An issue that prevented offseason advancement in MyCareer.
- Removed: The erroneous 1.5 REP bonus attached to certain clothing items.
MyTeam
- Fixed: An issue that allowed players to be substituted into ineligible positions.
Upcoming Update
- Visual Concepts has announced another patch to be released before Season 2, targeting fixes and improvements across the entire game, not limited to MyCareer.
MyPLAYER & MyCAREER:
- Fixed multiple MyPLAYER duplication: Resolved an issue where multiple versions of MyPLAYER appeared in the NBA during MyCAREER, which could prevent quests from completing.
Menus & Interface:
- Social Menu Hang Fixed: Addressed a bug where users experienced a hang when attempting to use the Social menu.
PC Version:
- PC Launch Errors Resolved: Fixed error messages and other issues when attempting to launch the PC version under specific conditions.
