MotoGP 23 update 1.04 (version 1.004.000) is now available to download on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox One players. According to the official MotoGP 23 1.04 patch notes, the Motogp 23 day one patch resolves various issues related to stuttering, lag and audio. Apart from this, MotoGP 23 patch 1.04 (1.004) also includes general stability and performance fixes.

- Added performance improvements for smooth and fewer frame rate drops.
- The game now displays correctly on all resolutions, including ultrawide resolutions.
- The game is now more stable and less likely to crash.
- Some minor audio issues have been fixed.
- Some gameplay adjustments have been made, such as changes to the balance of certain weapons and abilities.
- Other minor fixes have been made, such as fixing some bugs and improving the overall experience.
