MLB The Show 20 update 1.20 is now rolling out for PS4 players. According to the official MLB 20 1.20 patch notes, the latest hotfix added some quality of life fixes and changes. Apart from this, MLB The Show 20 version 1.20 also includes stability fixes.
Previously, an update added several texture updates for the Postseason content and menus. Unfortunately, players are still facing several issues with the game.

MLB The Show 20 1.20 patch notes (Updated)
- Fixed an issue in Franchise mode where the CPU Roster Control menu was incorrectly locked after the Trade Deadline.
- Teams with records surpassing 1000+ wins will now have their Win/Loss record display correctly in the pre-game presentations.
- Fixed some textures releated issues.
- Fixed menus related issues.
- Added gameplay optimizations.
- Added stability and performance improvements.
- Other minor bug fixes.
