MLB The Show 19 Update 1.16 Patch Notes

MLB The Show 19 update 1.16 is now rolling out for PlayStation 4players. According to the MLB 19 The Show 1.16 patch notes, the new update resolve issues related to pitcher ejection, 2nd baseman, Road to the Show and more. Apart from this, the MLB 19 version 1.16 also includes performance and stability improvements.

Previously, an update was released with minor changes. Unfortunately, since the last patch, many players were experiencing a number of issues when trying to play the game. Today’s MLB19 patch 1.16 is expected to fix all these issues. Check out more details below.

GAMEPLAY:

  • Fixed an issue that would trigger a pitcher ejection on a pitch on the inside part of the plate.
  • Fixed an issue that would result in the 2nd baseman not immediately being able to throw after catching a ball from the catcher during a steal or rundown attempt. (specific to Button Accuracy)
  • MLB 19 1.16 addressed a specific occurrence where the catcher would not attempt to tag a runner crossing home plate.

MISCELLANEOUS:

  • Fixed two Road to the Show freezes that could occur during manager interactions.
  • MLB 19 version 1.16 fixed a bug in Road to the Show that was preventing a Closing Pitcher (at the MLB level) from adding a new pitch.
  • Camera adjustments in Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome to prevent obscured camera views behind home plate.
  • Minor UI adjustments.
  • Added fixes for crashing issues.
  • Added stuttering and lag fixes.
  • MLB 19 update 1.16 fixed framerate drop issues.
  • Performance and stability improvements.
  • Various other under the hood improvements.
