Minecraft Update 3.15 Patch Notes for PS4 (Bedrock 1.21.93)

Minecraft update 3.15 (Bedrock 1.21.93) is available to download on PS4, PC and Xbox One. According to the official Minecraft 3.15 patch notes, the latest MC update 1.21.93 adds a new music disc, improves boat and mob behavior. In addition, today’s Minecraft patch 3.15 also fixes several visual and UI issues.

MC Bedrock 1.21.93 Patch Summary

• Fixed disappearing packs in world templates
• Added “Lava Chicken” music disc drop from Chicken Jockeys
• Restored split-screen player data on PlayStation and Switch
• Reduced lighting intensity of torches in Vibrant Visuals
• Improved mob and boat physics behavior

Bug Fixes & Features

General Updates

• Fixed packs disappearing in world templates

• Added music disc “Lava Chicken” by Hyper Potions

  • Drops from baby Zombie riding a Chicken

• Restored access to split-screen player data on PlayStation and Switch

Graphical Improvements

• Reduced emissive intensity for:

  • Torches

  • Redstone Torches

  • Soul Torches

  • Soul Lanterns

• Fixed animation issues caused by incorrect context in resource packs

• Fixed overly bright glowing sign text in Vibrant Visuals

Mob Behavior

• Fixed performance issues caused by leashed Happy Ghast near ground

• Applied air friction to boats only when leashed

• Prevented boats from orbiting players when leashed

• Boats retain momentum when moving off ledges

User Interface

• Fixed camera control while using interact buttons on touch devices

Previously, a big Minecraft update 2.99 introduced Hardcore mode, bundles for better inventory management, multiple accessibility enhancements, and numerous bug fixes. Unfortunately, players are still facing issues with the game. Today’s Minecraft PS4 update 3.15 will fix a few of these issues.
