Minecraft Update 1.039 Patch Notes for PS5 (Version 1.039.000)

Minecraft update 1.039 (bedrock 1.21.132) is available to download on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Minecraft 1.039 patch notes, the latest MC update fixes an issue where add-on resources disappeared after a second Player joined a split-screen session. In addition, today’s Minecraft patch 1.039 (version 1.039.000) also fixes issue where compass sprite was occasionally invisible.

• Fixed player data becoming disconnected from account for Xbox players in split-screen mode.

• Fixed an issue where textures would not be correctly reloaded when changing between graphics modes in the main menu
• Fixed an issue where add-on resources disappeared after a second Player joined a split-screen session.

• Fixed a bug that could cause players to get disconnected if “/effect @e” command is used on too many entities.

• Fixed issue where compass sprite was occasionally invisible.

• Fixed a freeze that could happen when buying a Realm on Nintendo Switch

Previously, a big Minecraft update 2.87 added quality-of-life improvements and fixes. Unfortunately, since the last MC patch 2.73, players are still facing issues with the game. Today’s Minecraft version 1.039.000 will fix a few of these issues.
