Minecraft 2.43 Patch Notes (Minecraft PS4 Version 2.43)


Minecraft PS4 update 2.43 is now available to download. According to the official Minecraft 2.43 patch notes, the latest update resolves a crash related to split-screen. Apart from this, today’s Minecraft version 2.43 also includes stability and performance improvements. The update is rolling out on most platforms now, with Amazon, Android, and Nintendo Switch releasing soon.

Previously, a big update added various bug fixes and tweaks. Recently, a hotfix was also released.

Unfortunately, since the last major update, players are still facing issues with the game. Today’s Minecraft version 2.43 will fix a few of these issues. Read more details below.


Minecraft PS4 2.43 Patch Notes (Bedrock) – June 22, 2022

  • Fixed several crashes that could occur during gameplay
  • Fixed a bug on certain flat worlds where below-0 terrain was accidentally being removed on level load, if there was bedrock at y=0.
  • Mobs that teleport through a Nether portal with a destination above y=128 will no longer have their position adjusted to 128.
  • Addressed a crash that could occur when starting a split-screen session on PlayStation.
  • Addressed a bug that caused certain worlds to drastically increase in size, causing high memory usage.
  • Added performance and stability fixes.
  • Other minor bug fixes.
