Metal Gear Solid Delta update 1.001.003 (patch 1.1.3) is available to download on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Metal Gear Solid 1.001.003 patch notes, the latest MGS 3 Delta update 1.1.3 introduces a new camera control option, fixes reward and crash issues, and improves visuals with updated textures and models. This update includes the following improvements and fixes:

Added Inverted Camera Look (Horizontal) option.

- Fixed an issue where players might not receive the reward for collecting all GA-KO.
- Updated textures and models in certain scenes.
- Resolved most issues that could cause the game to crash after investigating received reports.
- Minor adjustments.
- Fixed multiple crash issues.
- Resolved graphical glitches.
- Added stability fixes.
- Added gameplay performance improvements.
- Other minor tweaks.
Previously, a big MSG3 update 1.001.002 added various quality of life improvements. However, some players are still reporting update issues with the game.
