Insomniac Games has released Spider-man 2 update 1.205 (Patch 1) on PC(Steam). According to the official Spiderman 2 1.205.0.0 patch notes, the latest update adds menu toggles for Film Style Animation and Comic SFX, improves New Game+ startup, and fixes visual bugs with DLSS Ray Reconstruction and ray tracing. Apart from this, Spider-man 2 patch 1.205 also includes a backup system for autosaves and various UI bug fixes.

Crash Fixes & Stability
- Addressed multiple crashes based on player feedback and crash reports.
- Improved crash reporting system with screenshot support.
Gameplay & Features
- Added toggle for Film Style Animation and Comic SFX in Settings > Game > Camera.
- Implemented autosave backups at key story points for better save management.
User Interface Improvements
- Simplified UI for New Game+ start.
- Enabled mouse scrolling in the manual load/save menu.
- Various UI improvements and bug fixes.
Graphics & Performance
- Reduced noise in character hair when using DLSS Ray Reconstruction.
- Fixed issue where webbed enemies had a black background with ray-traced shadows and ambient occlusion.
- Resolved a pixelation artifact in ray-traced reflections along water edges.
Accessibility & Settings
- Subtitle Text Size, Closed Caption Text Size, Icon and Prompt Size, and Audio Listening Mode settings are now independent across different devices.
Previously, a major Spider-Man 2 update 1.31added support for the PlayStation Pro with new graphics modes (Performance Pro and Fidelity Pro).
