Marvel Snap Update Patch Notes

Marvel Snap update is rolling out on PC. According to the official Marvel Snap patch notes, the latest update introduces Alliances for collaborative gameplay and the Deadpool League event. Apart from this, the Marvel Snap patch also increases daily free credits, adjusts key character abilities, and includes multiple bug fixes.

Previously, a major update added quality of life changes. Unfortunately, since the previous update, many players were experiencing a number of issues when trying to play the game. Today’s Marvel Snap patch 23.x will fix a few of these issues.

Marvel Snap Patch Notes – July 30, 2024

Alliances

New Features

Create or join an Alliance with up to 30 players.
Collaborate on Bounties to earn individual and Alliance rewards.
Earn points through winning Cubes and completing Bounties.
Weekly rewards for both individual and Alliance achievements.

Deadpool League

Event Details

Dates: August 8th-10th
Format: Compete in groups of 30 players on a leaderboard.
Rewards: All participants receive prizes, with top leaderboard spots earning the best rewards.
Cost: Free entry for Standard League, no Premium League for this event.

Gameplay

Shop Updates

Increased daily free credits to 75, refreshing every 8 hours in increments of 25.

Art, Visual Effects, and Audio

Updated Moon Knight with new VFX and SFX to complement his ability.

Balance Updates

Uatu

Old: 1/2 – Shows the right location at the start.
New: 1/2 – Reveals all unrevealed locations at the start.

Shadow King

Adjustment to no longer consider setting power changes.

Moon Knight

Old: 3/3 – Discards a card from each player’s hand.
New: 3/3 – Discards an even-cost card from each player’s hand.

Blink

Old: 5/7 – Swaps the last card played with a higher-cost card from your deck.
New: 5/7 – Swaps the last card played with a card that costs more from your deck.

Text Changes

Cost vs. cost Adjustments

Updated descriptions for consistency across multiple cards including Yondu, Colleen Wing, Black Bolt, Lady Sif, White Queen, Jane Foster, and Mirage.

Throne Room

Old: Card(s) here with the highest Power have their Power doubled.
New: The highest-Power card(s) here have their Power doubled.

Bug Fixes

Card and Location Logic Fixes

Fixed issues with Jean Grey, Asteroid M, Quantum Tunnel, Castle Zemo, and various card interactions.

Card Art Fixes

Resolved issues causing some cards to appear blurry at higher rarity levels.

Other Fixes

Re-added Blue Cosmic Border to the shop.
Fixed issues with avatars, inbox rewards, UI elements, and health bars visibility.
