Fixes and Improvements
All Platforms

Heroes
- Resolved an issue where Hulk could fail to regenerate health when transforming while entering an allied spawn room.
- Fixed a bug that allowed the Jeff Rodeo emote to activate in restricted spawn areas, preventing unintended enemy displacement and damage.
