Madden 23 Servers Maintenance Details
Before you proceed, check for any Madden NFL 23 scheduled maintenance. It is possible that game servers are down for backend server maintenance.
March 9, 2023 – Server Maintenance is scheduled for 6:00 AM ET, Thursday, March 9th. During this time, all online modes will be offline. Solo Battles will be gated at 5:30 AM ET. MUT will be gated at 5:30 AM ET. Please complete all games before maintenance begins.

February 21, 2023 – Server Maintenance is scheduled for 1:00 AM ET tomorrow, Tuesday, February 21st. During this time, all online modes will be offline. Solo Battles will be gated at 12:30 AM ET.

If servers are up and running, follow the steps below to check your internet connection on PS4,PS5 and Xbox. Be sure to allow any updates to install completely before you begin.

- Select the Settings menu. now select System Software Update.
- Install any available updates. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.
Checking for updates on Xbox One
- Press the Home button to open the dashboard menu.
- Select Settings from the bottom of the menu, then select All Settings. Now select System, then select Updates.
- Select Update Console if the option becomes available. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the update.
