Accroding to the official Lords of the Fallen 1.1.292 patch notes, the latest update rectifies boss weapon power levels and balances spells based on player feedback. Apart from this, Lords of the Fallen update 1.1.292 also includes gameplay performance improvements.

Lords of the Fallen 1.1.292 Patch Notes – November 4, 2023
- Game Update Context
- The update aims to rectify issues with boss weapon levels and spell nerfs that were not well-received by the player base.
- Boss Weapon Restoration
- The developers are restoring boss weapons to their pre-Update 282 status.
- Players with any boss weapon that has been upgraded to its maximum level will receive compensation.
- Compensation includes 2 Deralium Chunks, 40 Large Deralium Shards, and 15 Replete Vigor Skulls sufficient to upgrade two boss weapons from level 5 to level 10.
- Resource Acquisition Changes
- Previously, the developers attempted to balance the game by making Deralium Chunks cheaper and available as rare loot, but this required more time from players than anticipated.
- Spell and Invocation Balancing
- Mana requirements for the Blessed Reflections spell and Infernal Hounds invocations have been reduced from an increase of 500% to 50% of their pre-update cost.
- This change aims to better balance these elements for PVE gameplay.
- Future Balancing Plans
- The development team plans to separate PVE and PVP balancing to ensure changes relevant to one do not negatively affect the other.
- Although the split is in progress, the team needs more time to implement this change effectively.
