Lords of the Fallen update 1.094 (v2.5.204) is available to download on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Lords of the Fallen 1.094 patch notes, the latest update resolves key progression, boss fight, and item issues. Additionally, Lords of the Fallen version 1.094.000 also fixes New Game modifier application, multiple Eidolon of Adyr fight problems, Veteran of the Veil item functionality and presentation errors, and prevents duplicate Moon’s Judgement rewards in NG+ cycles.

Fixed an issue where game modifiers did not properly apply to a New Game if the player exited the selection process.

Fixed the player receiving additional copies of Moon’s Judgement when starting each New Game Plus cycle.
Boss Encounters

Fixed Eidolon of Adyr standing idle and not engaging during the fight.

Fixed Eidolon of Adyr fight not starting correctly in Shared Co-op on Veteran Mode after both players died in a previous attempt.

Fixed Eidolon of Adyr becoming invisible during the fight in certain edge cases.

Fixed the missing description for the Veteran of the Veil armour set in the unlock pop-up.

Fixed the Veteran of the Veil helm icon appearing stretched in the unlock pop-up in some languages.
Recently, Lords of the Fallen patch 1.017 added over 100 enhancements, including performance improvements and co-op and PvP gameplay tweaks. However, players have experienced various issues since that update. The 1.094 update addresses several of those problems.
