Lies of P update 1.12 (patch 1.12.0.0) is rolling out on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox consoles. According to the official Lies of P 1.12 patch notes, the update fixes bug where the “Extreme Potential” achievement could not be obtained through P-Organ Recalibration. Additionally, Lies of P patch 1.12 also includes gameplay stability improvements.
