A new Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga update 1.08 (1.008) is available to download on PS4, PC, PS5 and Xbox. According to the official Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga patch notes, the latest update added quality of life gameplay changes and fixes. Apart from this, Lego The Skywalker Saga patch 1.08 (1.000.008) also includes general performance improvements.
Previously, a major update 1.06 added quality of life changes and fixes. Recently, a hotfix 1.07 was also released with some minor tweaks.
Unfortunately, since the last patch, some players are still experiencing glitches, crashes and more. Today’s Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga version 1.08 will fix a few of these issues.

Lego Star Wars Update 1.08 Patch Notes – August 18, 2022
- Added stability fixes.
- Addressed game crashing bug.
- Fixed various glitches.
- Addressed some game breaking bugs.
- Fixed progression bugs.
- Added performance improvements.
- Other minor fixes.
The following changes were added recently.
Numerous fixes to stability, quality, progression and performance issues throughout the title, including fixes for:
- Issue in Episode 7 where in certain situations Maz would not be present on Takodana to continue Story mission ‘Friends of the Resistance’.
- Issue in Episode 3 where in certain situations the level trigger for ‘The High Ground’ could fail to appear.
- Issue in ‘Green Harvest’ freeplay mission where under certain criteria the camera would be stuck on Tatooine indefinitely.
Implemented 4 new Capital Ship encounters in Local Space adding 34 additional Kyber Bricks to collect:
- Fulminatrix
- Home One
- Invisible Hand
- Venator
