[The King of Fighters] KOF 15 update 2.42 (version 2.004.002) is available to download on PS4, PC and PS5. According to the official KOF XV 2.42patch notes, the latest update fixes hitbox inconsistencies, move canceling issues, and a cinematic bug for multiple characters. In addition, the latest KOFXV patch 2.42 (2.004.002) also includes stability fixes.
Previously, a major KOF patch 2.10 a new DLC Characters DUO LON and various balancing changes. Unfortunately, some players are still facing issues when trying to play the game. Todayās KOF15 update 2.42 will fix a few of these issues.

- Fixed an issue where the initial hitbox extended beyond the stage.
- Expanded attack hitbox on the second hit to prevent whiffing in the corner.

- Fixed an issue where this move could not be canceled into from a Special Move during Sans-culotte.
Robert Garcia
Gen-ei Kyaku (Normal Ver.)
- Fixed an issue where Super Canceling into Haoh Shoukou Ken (MAX Ver.) at certain timings caused the normal version to come out instead.

- Expanded attack hitbox.
