What is King of Fighter 15 (KOFXV) GameUserSettings.ini location?
You can find the King of Fighter 15 config file at the following location:
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\KOFXV\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\
Open GameUserSettings.ini
You will have to open the file with ‘Notepad’ to edit it. Backup the file before editing it.
