A new Insurgency Sandstorm patch 1.21 is rolling out on PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox. According to the official Insurgency Sandstorm 1.21 patch notes, the latest update resolve issues related to Bullet holes and other bugs. Apart from this, Insurgency Sandstorm update 1.21 also addresses game crashing issues.
Previously, a major Insurgency Sandstorm update 1.11 added new features, changes, improvements, and more. Unfortunately, players are still facing a number of issues with the game. Today’s Insurgency Sandstorm version 1.21 will fix a few of these issues.

Insurgency Sandstorm Update 1.21 Patch Notes – May 22, 2024
- All: Fixed an issue where bullet holes weren’t displaying correctly
- All: Fixed an issue where bullet holes would disappear on certain surfaces
- All: Fixed an issue where player reports were not functioning correctly
- Console: Fixed an issue where the scenario vote screen could crash
- Console: Fixed an issue where players could be unable to change the controller layout
- PS: Fixed an issue where the “Party Lobby” text in the party invitation window was displayed incorrectly
