Idol Showdown update 1.0.6 is now available on PC (Steam). According to the official Idol Showdown patch notes, the latest update adds Sora new voice lines and various bug fixes.
Recently, a big Idol Showdown patch added quality-of-life fixes. Unfortunately, players are experiencing various issues with the game. Today’s Idol Showdown patch 1.0.6 will fix a few of these issues.

Idol Showdown Patch Notes – May 8, 2023
Additions:
- Sora new voice lines added
Gameplay Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where the winning player would sometimes lose control after a KO, allowing the other player to win
- Command grabs should now beat normal grabs when both players grab simultaneously
- Resolved issue that allowed players to gain multiple superchats during superfreeze
- Resolved issue where Effect from being in an Infinite combo loop would not reflect the actual invincibility period.
- Resolved issue with performance caused by Star Specials and Super Star specials
- Resolved issue where certain sequences could cause Grabs could do double or Triple damage
- Sora: Re:Play – Resolved bug that was causing mines to do less damage then intended
- Botan: Forward + Medium: Resolved issue causing Botan to cross up with the opponent in the Corner
Other Bug Fixes
- Resolved issue with Error Logs taking up a lot of disk space.
- General Online stability improvements
- Tutorial Logic update
