Hunt Showdown update 1.000.006 (2.0.1) is available to download on PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S. According to the official Hunt Showdown 1.000.006 patch notes, the latest update introduces a full revamp of the Stillwater Bayou map using CRYENGINE 5.11, and improvements to the UI and gameplay mechanics. Apart from this, today’s Hunt Showdown patch 1.000.006 also includes numerous bug fixes for AI and world elements to enhance player experience.
Previously, a major Hunt Showdown update 1.13 added the event “Tide of Shadows” and fixes for the Shooting Range, Pacts and Traits, and equipment pricing. Unfortunately, players are still facing bugs and issues with the game. Today’s Hunt Showdown version 1.000.006 will fix a few of these issues.

Map Improvements: Stillwater Bayou
- Complete Map Overhaul: Utilizing CRYENGINE 5.11 for a reimagined experience.
- Terrain and Biome Enhancements: Significant upgrades to terrain, vegetation, and lighting across the map.
- Key Areas Reworked: Specific compounds like Reynard Mill & Lumber, Blanchett Graves, Lockbay Docks, Stillwater Bend, and Pitching Crematorium updated with new paths, windows, and access points.
General Updates
UI Improvements
- Bounty Hunt lobby added to the ‘PLAY’ section.
- Streamlined inventory and menu interaction: Bloodline Info opens player profile; owned items are prioritized in inventory.
- New visual updates: Icons updated, Blood Bond prices highlighted, and unnecessary ‘Sell’ pop-ups removed.
- New shortcut for inspecting equipment in the lobby.
Gameplay Changes
- Spawn Adjustments: Reduced chance of spawning in corner compounds to encourage more spawn fights.
- Rotjaw Update: Now drops 2 Bounty Tokens instead of 1.
Weapon Adjustments
- Spear Nerf: Reduced both melee damage and light attack speed.

- KDA Display: Resolved inconsistency between lobby and statistics screen KDA.
