House Flipper update 5.14 (v17.04) is now rolling out on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official House Flipper version 5.14 patch notes, the latest update addressed 2 types of issues that were causing a freeze in the photo mode. Apart from this, today’s House Flipper patch 5.14 also includes fixes for various item assembly issues.
Previously, a big April Fools Day update was released that added two new houses, new TV, Desk accessories, and much more. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues with the game. Today’s House Flipper version 5.14 will address a few of these issues.

House Flipper 5.14 Patch Notes – April 18, 2023
- Fixed 2 types of issues that were causing a freeze in the photo mode.
- The Farm DLC order map will work smoothly now. No more screen locks!
- Various item assembly issues have been fixed.
- Tiling and painting your balcony floors, as well as platforms works properly now.
- Farm DLC for Mac users is now fully available.
