House Flipper update 3.10 is now available to download on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. According to the official House Flipper version 3.10 patch notes, the latest Halloween update added a new Dia de Los Muertos-themed job and a new house. Apart from this, today’s House Flipper patch 3.10 also includes minor bug fixes
Previously, a big April Fools Day update was released that added two new houses, new TV, Desk accessories, and much more. Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues with the game. Today’s House Flipper version 3.10 will address a few of these issues.

House Flipper 3.10 Patch Notes – October 27, 2022
New:
- A new Dia de Los Muertos-themed job.
- A new, totally normal house. We promise you a pleasant flipping experience.
- New seasonal items, including Dia de Los Muertos figurines, cat o’lanterns, rugs, and leaves.
- A new Bessie plushie! 👀
- If anyone is offering you balloons from under your mat, please ignore them.
Changes:
- The main menu was reorganized to help you avoid resetting your progress.
- The game will forget stuff sooner, so it will require less memory.
Pets DLC:
New:
- A fitting hat for your cat. Broom not included.
- Pumpkin spice bulb lights.
